what a day
11:53 PM - Wednesday, September 24
i have VERY interesting story for you.
of course, it's something about MY DAY.
today, is a VERY VERY VERY important day... why?
because it's my first 'LOVELY' microeconomics class that I've been waiting for!
so, the class was at 8.30 AM... and my alarm rang at
.
.
.
.
.
.
8.30 AM!!!what..... the....... HELL...........
i should go back to primary 2 when i learnt all the CLOCK & TIMING, AM & PM -.-
i set my alarm at 8.30 & 8.40 while my class was at ... 8.30
oh my... that's RIDICULOUS!
and you know what?! this happened FIRST TIME in my life and WHY... WHY it has to be my first microecons class *cry* and my teacher is a KILLERRRR.. he doesn't like people who is LATE. ( i knew that from my friend) and he starts lecture right after his super brief intro.
-.-
i dashed to my bathroom, took a quick bath and raaaaaannnn all the way to the bus stop.
and you know what?
IT WAS RAINING VERRRRY VERRRRRY HARD.
took out my umbrella, put on my jacket, waited for the TAXI / bus to come.
but as always, BUS DRIVERS, TAXIs & the NATURE don't want to co-orporate with me so...
after 2x #48, 4x #106, 2x #7, and LOTS LOTS LOTS of booked taxi passed by,
my FUCKING FAVORITE BUS #75 CAMEEEEEEit was 9.15 AM and the rain has not stopped.
i was talking on the phone with eliz, nagging & screaming non-stoply while waiting for the bus AND on the way to school! crazy.........
i reached school at 9.30. GREAT! ONE HOUR LATEEEEEE!!!!! wow.
i was hoping a long queue outside the lecture hall because everybody was late & came up with same reason - RAINING!!!!!!! *poof* it's only my wild imagination...
the truth is...no one's outside that godamn lecture hall. Thus, after i collected my notes, i waited outside until the break started (around 30 minutes?)
at 10.02, everybody starts coming outta the room so, i went in!
sat on the second last row and i can barely see what my lecturer was writing -.-
MARK HARRIS scared the hell out of meeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
but what he said is true... DMS people should work their ass off to be in his class. it's tough.
i remembered he said something like this:
(he was talking about Slutsky Principle)
"oh... i'm sure DMS students are lost right now..."
(he clicked his remote & move on the next slide on powerpoint)
*on screen: SIMPLE IN-KIND TRANSFER*
(i was stunned)
"ooww... and you all will remain lost..."
me: *GREAT!*
He dismissed the class 15 minutes early for ex D.E & year 1 students... DMS students remained in the class.
he talked about....... how tough this module is gonna be for us.
i think it's true, i can't deny that DMS people has weak econs background and we have to really work hard for this.
As for me, NO! I'm not changing my module to managerial economics
in fact, thank you to MICHAEL for the HUGE encouragement :)
of course to MY MOMMY , DADDY & eliz too :D
i was msn-ing with michael and told him how scared i was about this micro module and 1 sentence that remained in my head was
"r u saying u're part of the 43%? even I think i belong to the 57%, it's HUGE. we're new batch of DMS remember?"
and yeah, i mentioned that in my post 2 days ago. i have to stand up for myself
i'm gonna work hard & prove EVERYBODY who underestimated me...
show the world what i've got! :D
better work harrrrddddddd!!!!!!!!!!!
