if there's so much REASONS why companies must do merger & acquisitions, WHY DON'T THEY? and excuse me, why must I MEMORIZE all these? it's useless -.-

i mean, it's not like my boss / my sub-ordinate in the future will ask me,

"why must we acquire this company?"

"oh wait,  I learnt that back @ school... there are 15 reasons... 1st, LALALA, 2nd...."
