The service is very disappointing. The technician supposed to come to my house at 11 AM to install everything. (the Tv cable , internet & home line) but at the end, the technician was late and came around 1.30. wtf.
HE RUSSSHEEEEEDDD LIKE MAD. installed everything & just briefly go through how to use the hub station & stuff. My mom's friend did try the internet service on her laptop but she couldn't connect. The technician did something to her laptop & finally can surf the internet. I asked him if I can try it first on my laptop. and he simply said "oh don't worry, if this comp can connect, the other one sure can" then i said ok lorrr... He was super in a hurry and quickly walked towards the door and left. -.-
AND WHAT HAPPENS???
MY LAPTOP CAN NOT EVEN CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, FUCKERRRRR....

i really hate if these things happen. it just pissed me off so bad.
oh, on a lighter note, this technician has a really bad BODY ODOUR.
HE STINKS LIKE ROTTEN SHIT.
